Founded in May 2004, Zhangzhou Sunshine Plastic Packaging Co., Ltd., is a specialized manufacturer of plastic bags in PE, PP, PPE, CPP, OPP. We are a HK invested company with investment of 8.6 million Hong Kong dollars. We have an area of more than 10, 000 square meters. We have owned certificate of ISO9001: 2008, QS etc. Our current monthly capacity is 400 metric tons and 95% of the products are exported to Canada, Australia, USA, Euro, Latin America etc. And we obtain a good reputation.
We have three high-efficient production lines: Extrusion, computerized printing and automatic cutting & sealing. For example, this is the production process of mailing bags. We have 3 layers of co-extruded film to ensure that the bag is strong and opaque with multi-color printing, professional gluing & sealing, under the strict professional production process control to get more quality assurance.
Equiped with variety of cutting and sealing machines, we can supply different types of plastic bags like Wicket bag, Flower bag, Mailing bag, Self-adhesive bag, Ziplock bag, Shopping bag, esp. In food packaging industry, supermarket supply chains and environmental protection industry etc. Our degradable bag is comply with standards of EN13432/ASTM6400. Functional films/bags, such as micro-peration bag, anti-static bag, anti-fog film, anti-UV film are one part of our main products.
